With over 20 years in the salon and beauty business Carmen has a good understanding of how to achieve the results you need. She believes nothing is more valuable than developing trust, and that comes down to not only achieving the result you’re looking for but the type of communication it takes to build an understanding for what truly works for you.

Carmen specializes in looks that feel high end, but are low maintenance and values the health of her clients hair above anything else.

In addition to owning and operating at CHELSEA salon, she is a DIAMOND.KEY educator for KEVIN.MURPHY, and travels to share her skill set, techniques for cutting, coloring, and styling with salons and stylists. When not in the salon you’ll find her spending time with family and friends (and her dog), crafting, baking, and listening to the occasional true crime podcast.

A consultation is recommended for all NEW color clients + is required prior to booking any big color changes/color corrections.

For NO-SHOW / LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS (less than 48 hours notice) 100% of the service will be charged.

I will make every effort to keep your booked time- but may not be able to accommodate guests who are 15+ minutes late for appointments.

Please plan to arrive on time and text me if you might be late to avoid being charged a NO-SHOW fee for your appointment.

For CLOSE-CALL CANCELLATIONS (72 hours notice) 50% of the service will be charged.

Masks are encouraged if we are having high cases of flu/cold/covid in the area. If you are symptomatic at the time of your appointment you may be asked to reschedule at the time of service.

If the cancellation fees are not paid following a missed appointment, a deposit will be required to book any future appointments at the salon.
